摘 要 本文提出了一種數據中心泵驅兩相雙環(huán)路散熱系統,該系統結合了芯片冷板液冷散熱技術(shù)和機房泵驅環(huán)路熱管風(fēng)冷散熱技術(shù),采用兩套單獨的氟泵環(huán)路熱管,可分別對服務(wù)器中的CPU和其他發(fā)熱元件散熱。本文闡述了該散熱系統的基本原理,并完成了含有IT功率為10kW的單機柜機房的改造和測試。測試機房位于湖北省襄陽(yáng)市,于2022年2月開(kāi)始進(jìn)行連續的服務(wù)器滿(mǎn)負載測試。分別選取了不同季節各一日的測試數據進(jìn)行分析,實(shí)測數據顯示機房在冬季工況下日平均散熱PUE為1.06,在過(guò)渡季工況下日平均散熱PUE為1.10,夏季工況下日平均散熱PUE為1.18。利用實(shí)測數據采用內插和外推的數學(xué)方法預估了該機房全年逐時(shí)的能耗情況,預測結果顯示該機房全年平均散熱PUE為1.11。

PUMP DRIVE TWO-PHASE CHIP-BACKPLANE DUAL-LOOP HEAT DISSIPATION SYSTEM FOR DATA CENTER

Abstract A pump drive two-phase dual-loop heat dissipation system for data center is proposed. The system combines chip cold plate liquid cooling method and pump-driven loop heat pipe air cooling method. Through two sets of pump drive thermosyphon, CPU and other components in the server can achieve efficient heat dissipation. The principle of the system is described, and a 10kW actual single rack data room located in Xiangyang, Hubei had been transformed and tested. The actual operation data shows that the heat dissipation PUE of the data room in typical working conditions is 1.06 in winter, 1.10 in transition season and 1.18 in summer. Using the measured data, the mathematical method of interpolation and extrapolation is used to predict the hourly energy consumption of the data room throughout the year, and the annual average heat dissipation PUE of the data room is predicted to be 1.11.
